This role centers on enhancing employee experience through tailored programs in leadership development and succession planning. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders and facilitate workshops to ensure teams achieve their full potential. Utilizing HR data effectively will influence workforce planning and transitions.
Key Responsibilities:• Co-lead succession planning for talent transitions • Facilitate leadership development workshops • Support employee forums and their initiatives • Develop and implement leadership assessments • Provide expert advisory support for projects
Requirements:• 12–15 years in talent management and organizational development • Proven ability to design and evaluate leadership programs • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or comparable fields • Certified coaching experience desirable • Strong skills in HR tools and data analysis
