Key Responsibilities:• Manage communication through email and calls • Arrange booking for pickups and deliveries • Keep customers informed of transit status • Perform load tracing and rate inquiries • Enter orders accurately in the system
Requirements:• Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma required • Bilingual French and English, both spoken and written • 1–2 years of prior Customer Service experience • Experience in transportation is advantageous • Strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach
