Regional Plant Controller at Refresco (Pointe-Claire)

Lead financial accuracy and integrity as the Regional Plant Controller at Refresco. Partner with management to oversee operations and ensure compliance while driving financial performance and reporting excellence. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the financial outcomes of multiple plants, delivering timely and accurate results as per IFRS and company processes. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across multiple plants - Provide guidance on capital expenditure requests and audits - Lead the development of the annual Operating Plan - Monitor compliance with financial controls and policies - Support internal and external audit processes Requirements: - Bachelor's in Accounting required - Minimum of 5 years in a Controller role - Solid understanding of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley - ERP system experience, SAP preferred - Excellent analytical and communication skills Drive financial integrity and strategic support for Refresco's operations as Regional Plant Controller.
