What are your contributions to the team? The Event Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of Bombardier’s events and experiences, helping bring the brand to life through seamless execution, strong organization, and thoughtful stakeholder coordination. This role is responsible for creating memorable events and experiences that deliver an "At Your Altitude" experience while supporting key stakeholders, including teams focused on aircraft sales and aftermarket services. It combines event logistics, communications, budget management, and partner collaboration to ensure each initiative is executed with care and attention to detail while upholding the brand’s standards of quality and consistency.
Event planning, concept development, execution & brand consistency
Develop event concepts aligned with goals, audiences, and market needs.
Plan and execute Bombardier events end to end, including budget ownership.
Ensure brand consistency while managing timelines and issues.
Communications, invitations & attendee management
Serve as the main attendee contact.
Prepare and send attendee materials.
Create invitations, RSVP pages, and registration tools.
Governance, project management & reporting
Lead stakeholder governance meetings and align on priorities.
Maintain project plans and workback schedules.
Track actions, risks, and status updates, and keep stakeholders informed.
Frequently collaborate with external suppliers and partners to bring events to life.
How to thrive in this role? Qualifications
1–2 years of event experience
Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
Communication
Robust written and verbal communication in French and English
Work style & mindset
Self‑sufficient, strategic, and detail‑oriented
Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Bring energy and motivate teams
Set clear priorities and track progress
Take initiative, bring creativity, and embrace challenges

Operational requirements
Lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
Travel 15–25%, including domestic and international
