Qualifications - Hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Operations and logistics management, Continuous improvement or equivalent. - At least 8 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. - Have a global vision of the company. - Customer oriented (production and support functions as internal customers). - Comfortable in a production setting. - Have a knack for simplifying information and are comfortable presenting to upper management. - Dynamic and work well in a team. - A leader and is motivated by new challenges. - Patient, driven and curious. - Flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project. - Bilingual (French and English).
