During your internship, you will contribute to: Support leaders in the day-to-day management of operations and priorities Monitor key performance indicators (quality, productivity, deadlines) Facilitate communication and coordination between teams Participate in problem-solving and follow-up on operational issues Contribute to continuous improvement and process standardization Assist in tracking materials and production needs Prepare reports and support team management initiatives What we are looking for: Currently enrolled in a program in management or another relevant field Interest in manufacturing operations and supervisory roles Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic communication skills and team spirit Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Fluent in French with a good working knowledge of English Boarding Information: Location: Completion Center Duration: 4 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates.
