Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility's common areas. ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required - Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas - Keep the work environment clean - Maintain and clean the premises - Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors - Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior - Schedule and ensure that preventive maintenance is performed on equipment - Supervise the maintenance of the equipment - Taking out the trash - Wash windows in common areas EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma (SSD) PERKS: - To be discussed - Floating days off - Social leave - Employee Assistance Program - Vacation - Human management approach - Consistent schedule - Welcome and integration Program JOB STATUS: Permanent: Full Time JOB SCHEDULE: Day time Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2pdmlz
