This 8-month internship is designed for students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or Engineering. You'll be essential in monitoring deliveries, maintaining accuracy in SalesForce.com, and supporting invoicing for Pilot/Technical missions. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure our customer support initiatives run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:• Monitor and update delivery timelines for management • Maintain accurate data in SalesForce.com database • Support customer-focused initiatives across departments • Communicate with Field Support teams for customer requests • Process and reconcile invoices related to customer satisfaction
Requirements:• Currently studying for a relevant bachelor's degree • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong communication skills in English and French • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
