What are your contributions to the team?
Monitor, update and communicate the entry into service skyline for all upcoming deliveries to upper management&internal stakeholders
Maintain information accuracy in the SalesForce.com database
Support various customer centric initiatives in line with internal support needs
Communicate by email and/or by telephone, as required, with the Field Support teams to support customer requests
Assist with the modification of various tools to support the process initiative
Monitoring the consumption of contract related entitlements and commitments.
Support the invoicing process of Pilot/Technical missions
Process, audit and reconcile Field Support invoices related to customer satisfaction
How to thrive in this role?
You are studying for a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce or Engineering.
You are organized and meticulous, and pay careful attention to details
You are proficient in MS Suite of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
You have strong communication skills written and spoken in English and French
You can work in a team or independently, as required.
You are organized and able to set priorities.
You have an analytic disposition, are resourceful and can think smart.
You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.
Boarding Information:
Duration: 8 months
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
