Key Responsibilities:• Partner with teams to drive sustainable growth • Own annual operating plans and key forecasts • Identify performance gaps and suggest corrections • Allocate resources strategically across channels • Review agreements and provide negotiation support

Requirements:• 10-12 years of finance business partner experience • MedTech or Life Sciences experience preferred • Strong communication skills in matrix environments • Proficiency in SAP, Hyperion, and Power BI • CPA or equivalent accounting designation advantageous
