Financial Leadership Role: Plant Controller, Pointe-Claire

Refresco seeks a Regional Plant Controller to ensure financial integrity and guide plant operations. Provide leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.

As Regional Plant Controller, you'll oversee the financial results for several plants, ensuring compliance with IFRS and effective internal controls. This position requires collaboration with plant management and finance teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency and cost savings. Your analytical skills will be imperative in leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, shaping the annual Operating Plan while addressing financial risks and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage financial reporting and compliance for multiple plants • Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and capital expenditure projects • Conduct financial analysis to support operational decisions • Oversee adherence to corporate financial policies • Facilitate audit processes and reporting requirements

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting essential • At least 5 years in a Controller capacity • Knowledge of US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations • Proficiency with ERP systems, especially SAP • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
