What are your contributions to the team?
Participate in 3D model, design and integration of Flightdeck components and interactive controls.
Participate in analysis and development of display interfaces for various functions.
Perform rapid prototyping and concept maturation, with early usability and/or ergonomics evaluations.
Participate in functional allocation of Flightdeck Controls.
Perform task analysis and crew error analysis.
Support early design experiments in development rigs, possibly coupled with AR/VR.
Perform literature review and summary/presentation on technical Human Factors in Aviation subjects.

You have a strong motivation to positively contribute to the team by bringing your energy, curiosity, and professional ethic.
You are familiar with user-centered design process and have prototyping and design skills applied to graphical user interfaces and/or physical components.
You are enrolled in Human Factors, Industrial Design, Psychology, Computer Sciences or Engineering undergraduate degree or graduate degree.
You have knowledge in 3D modeling and/or rapid prototyping tools (such as Figma) and basic UI‑UX concept rules.
You are skilled in computer sciences, able to easily adapt to various software, resolve issues and document your solutions.
You have an interest in pursuing a graduate degree in Human Factors, Ergonomics or Human Computer Interaction or equivalent.
You speak and write in English and French.

Duration: 8 months
Flexible workplace– Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
