Pilates Instructor (Pointe-Claire)

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through classes, promoting a positive and motivating environment, and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a solid commitment to customer service. Bilingual abilities in English and French are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.Duties

Lead engaging and effective Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during exercises Provide personalized guidance and modifications to accommodate individual needs Foster a welcoming environment that encourages client participation and motivationMaintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space Track client progress and provide feedback to support their fitness journey Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and address concerns Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth operationsUphold qualified standards in line with health and safety regulations Requirements

Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or similar role in fitness instruction Robust communication skills in English; proficiency in French or bilingual capabilities are a plus Demonstrated teaching ability with a focus on client engagement and motivation Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientsEffective time management skills to handle multiple classes and client needs simultaneously Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and foster a positive class atmosphere Certification in Pilates and/or Yoga instruction from an accredited organization A professional attitude, reliability, and dedication to promoting health and wellnessBenefits
