Our team…

The Sales Operations team based in Montreal supports Bombardier’s worldwide network of Sales Directors in promoting our industry-leading portfolio of products. This dynamic, customer-focused team acts as a central point of contact for deal management between Sales and the rest of the organization by liaising with multiple stakeholders to ensure that Sales have the information and tools they need to close transactions.

During your internship, you will contribute to:

Coordinating with Sales Support and Skyline Management colleagues in order to maintain accurate data on worldwide sales activity. Preparing weekly reports used by the Sales Leadership team to review the organization’s progress on their quarterly mandates. Supporting the creation of various Senior Management presentations to highlight the Sales team’s performance.Assisting the Sales Account Representatives on transactional items (such as providing product brochures, obtaining quotes for customer-specific requests, drafting proposals, etc.) Participating in the conception, development and implementation of new tools, reports, processes, and databases to improve the overall Sales Operations organization.

During your internship, you will learn:

To utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) in your day-to-day activities. To work autonomously and to take ownership of your assigned tasks. To develop soft skills such as critical thinking and time management. To apply key aspects of corporate governance&strategy. To navigate the Salesforce.com application.

What we are looking for:

You are currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related programs. You are a team player and are highly reliable. You have demonstrated attention to detail to ensure accuracy of information. You possess excellent organizational skills and you have the ability to multi-task and juggle priorities to meet dynamic deadlines.You are bilingual (fluent in French and English). You are proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint). Salesforce experience is an asset. Aerospace and Sales experience is an asset.

Location: Administrative Centre (CA) Duration: 4 months Flexible workplace-Hybrid

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
