Responsibilities

Plan in a detailed and realistic approach the deployment of standard quality processes in all Bombardier sites.

Develop communication, change management and risk mitigation plans based on a solid understanding of the differences between sites.

Define metrics and control systems that facilitate sustaining initiatives, decision making and action.

Plan workshops, map processes, generate training materials and support the sessions.

Act as a coach to management and stakeholders to encourage them to adopt and maintain the best practices.

Act as a coordinator to ensure ownership and follow-up of issues by stakeholders.

Plan and lead weekly meetings to present progress, and performance to management.

Qualifications

Hold a degree and have at least five (5) years of experience in the field of engineering, operations management or any other relevant field or experience.

Have a background in project management.

Have a background in the deployment of IT tools (an asset).

Hold a PMI (PMP) certification (an asset).

Have experience in the aviation industry or in a highly regulated field (an asset).

Possess a talent for simplifying and synthesizing complex information while adapting it to the audience, both in writing and verbally.

Work autonomously and rigorously, both remotely and at the office.

Can work under pressure and manage several priorities at once.

Have a facility for creating partnerships and developing business relationships.

Be dynamic, open‑minded and have a sense of initiative.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365.

Have good skills in developing dashboards (Ex.: Microsoft Power BI).

Speak English and French. (Spanish an asset)
