How to thrive in this role? - You hold Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Formal training in Systems Engineering is an asset. - Be eligible for Canadian Controlled Goods security clearance. - You have 5+ years of experience in aircraft or complex-system development and certification, including systems engineering, conceptual design, architecture definition, and requirements-based verification. Strong knowledge of ARP4754 and ARP4761 is essential. - Have experience developing electrical load analysis for aerospace and/or military programs. - Possess in-depth knowledge of requirements management tools and processes. - Show curiosity and openness to exploring recent technologies and architecture for electrical power distribution. - Apply strong analytical and systems-thinking skills to structure complex problems and maintain clarity across disciplines. - Be passionate about innovating aerospace technology and motivated by long-term goals that shape future platforms. - Communicate effectively, tailoring technical concepts and project updates to diverse audiences, and clearly articulate status and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
