Lead and participate to DMU sessions (digital mock-up). Engage with electrical system and mechanical stakeholders. Manage workload scheduling. Create and maintain quality and productivity tracking tools. Provide technical support on change management implementation (RFC, PCR). Investigate, champion and integrate new EWIS SW tools. Optimize EWIS processes. **How to thrive in this role?** You have a university degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent work experience in 3D design You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in aerospace. You have wiring design, wiring installation and/or wiring troubleshooting experience. You have a strong sense of responsibility and have good organizational skills and initiative. You must have excellent communication skills including the ability to read/write in English. You are innovative and open to new ideas. You have the ability to resolve problems and conflicts. You are comfortable working with MS office suite. You are familiar with BMu2019s, RAE documents and BAPS related to harnesses. You have CAD experience with CATIA V5 and/or NX in harness routing.
