Ensure technical compliance by validating that engineering solutions meet customer expectations and certification requirements. Drive quality and schedule adherence for all engineering deliverables produced by the team. Support engineering change processes including PCR, RFC, and NOC activities. Manage team priorities and alignment across Operations, Detailed Design, Projects, Programs, and Technical functions. Set annual objectives and lead continuous improvement initiatives for the team. Conduct employee performance evaluations including PMP/PDP reviews, salary assessments, and career progression discussions. Maintain workload forecasting and resource planning to support program needs. Coach and support employees to foster technical growth, engagement, and team cohesion. **How to thrive in this role?** You hold a Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, with a minimum of ten (10) years of aerospace experience. You bring experience in interior completions, systems installation, and/or manufacturing operations. You are knowledgeable in interior completion design and engineering change management processes. You demonstrate strong leadership behaviors, prioritizing team success, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You are a proactive team player with a positive, solution oriented mindset. You excel in fast paced, energetic environments and enjoy tackling complex challenges. You possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a focus on results and operational efficiency. You have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling you to influence and build consensus across functions without formal authority.
