The Role The Business Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in acquiring new clientele and providing top-tier services to high-net-worth individuals. This role is perfect for a sales-driven qualified who wants more than just a job, but a clear path to becoming an Independent Financial Advisor with their own dedicated book of business with unlimited earning potential. Fair warning, this role is not for everyone. Success here requires persistence, resilience and a strong drive to success. The work is very demanding. You’ll face rejection, difficult calls and a the need to push beyond your comfort zone every day. Responsibilities Utilize your sales skills to identify potential clients and initiate prospecting calls. Book meetings to understand client needs. Schedule, qualify and confirm one-on-one meetings with our team. Strategize on breaking points and assist in meetings to learn the process. Service current clients with senior advisor to make sure you develop a longterm relationship. Qualifications Proven track record in business development roles. Exceptional skills in negociation, persuasion and relationship building. Driven, persistent, and goal-oriented. Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work independently within a team. Full time availability.
