Financial Leadership Role: Plant Controller (Pointe-Claire)

Refresco seeks a Regional Plant Controller to ensure financial integrity and guide plant operations. Provide leadership in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making. As Regional Plant Controller, you'll oversee the financial results for several plants, ensuring compliance with IFRS and effective internal controls. This position requires collaboration with plant management and finance teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive operational efficiency and cost savings. Your analytical skills will be imperative in leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, shaping the annual Operating Plan while addressing financial risks and opportunities.
