As a Securities Investment Assistant, you will enhance support for advisors by managing their calendar and voicemails while completing client account documentation. Key Responsibilities:• Prepare documentation for client meetings • Manage advisors’ calendars and voicemails • Complete account openings and securities transactions • Address queries and conduct research to provide solutions • Produce reports and prepare related documentation

Requirements:• General college diploma in a relevant field • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role • Fluency in French is required • Ability to handle client-focused tasks effectively • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients
