We're on the lookout for a dedicated Bartender who can efficiently handle high-volume service while providing outstanding customer interaction. This role requires at least one year of bartending experience, ideally in fast casual dining. Key duties include preparing drinks, taking orders, and maintaining a pristine bar environment while adhering to safety protocols and cash handling policies.

Key Responsibilities:• Take drink and food orders from customers • Prepare cocktails and mixed drinks as per recipes • Operate cash register and handle financial transactions • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar • Follow alcohol service policies and procedures

Requirements:• Must meet state age requirements for alcohol serving • A minimum of 1 year bartending experience preferred • Knowledge of beverage preparation and presentation • Friendly interaction skills with customers • Ability to lift and move 40 pounds regularly
