Regional Plant Controller at Refresco, Pointe-Claire

Lead financial operations for multiple plants as the Regional Plant Controller at Refresco Beverages. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, guide plant management, and optimize operational performance.

As the Regional Plant Controller, you will provide critical financial leadership across plant management teams by ensuring the integrity and compliance of financial results. You will collaborate closely with operations, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Finance to deliver timely financial insights. Your role will entail managing budget forecasts and identifying opportunities for financial improvements across operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Deliver accurate financial results in line with IFRS standards • Provide support for capital expenditure requests and audits • Interpret and present monthly financial results • Lead the annual Operating Plan development • Collaborate with plant management for process improvements

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required • 5+ years of experience at Controller level • CPA, CMA or similar designation • SAP or ERP system experience is preferred • Strong analytical and communication skills
