I’m currently hiring a Health, Safety&Environment Coordinator for a well-established manufacturing company recognized for its expertise in regulated product manufacturing and packaging. Reporting to the Quality, Health&Safety Director, you will play a key role in supporting and strengthening the company’s HSE culture across manufacturing operations. You will contribute to regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include: • Supporting the implementation and improvement of HSE policies and procedures• Conducting inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations • Following up on corrective and preventive actions • Coordinating HSE training programs (WHMIS, lockout/tagout, PPE, ergonomics, confined spaces, etc.) • Maintaining HSE documentation and compliance records • Supporting emergency response planning and prevention initiatives• Contributing to environmental management activities (waste, chemicals, emissions, water, etc.) • Participating in audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement projects • Working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams • Promoting a proactive safety and compliance culture on the floorYour profile

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive professional comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment. What we’re looking for: • College or university degree in Occupational Health&Safety, Environment, or related field• 5-10 years of relevant experience in industrial, manufacturing, or pharmaceutical environments • Strong knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations and standards • Experience with audits, inspections, and HSE documentation • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills• Continuous improvement mindset and field-oriented leadership Assets: • Experience in pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments • First aid training or additional HSE certifications Working Conditions • Permanent full-time position • Day shift schedule • Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience• Group insurance • Stable and collaborative work environment • Company recognized for operational excellence and quality standards • Professional growth opportunities Conclusion If you’re looking to make a real impact on workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement withina regulated manufacturing environment, this opportunity is for you.
