Reporting to the Quality, Health&Safety Director, you will play a key role in supporting and strengthening the company’s HSE culture across manufacturing operations. You will contribute to regulatory compliance, risk prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include: • Supporting the implementation and improvement of HSE policies and procedures• Conducting inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations • Following up on corrective and preventive actions • Coordinating HSE training programs (WHMIS, lockout/tagout, PPE, ergonomics, confined spaces, etc.) • Maintaining HSE documentation and compliance records • Supporting emergency response planning and prevention initiatives• Contributing to environmental management activities (waste, chemicals, emissions, water, etc.) • Participating in audits, regulatory inspections, and continuous improvement projects • Working closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams • Promoting a proactive safety and compliance culture on the floorYour profile

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive professional comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
