Support advisors in securities management as an Investment Assistant. This role requires robust administrative skills and effective client communication under our high quality standards. As a Securities Investment Assistant, you will enhance support for advisors by managing their calendar and voicemails while completing client account documentation. With a focus on client satisfaction, you'll need to proactively address administrative tasks, resolve queries, and report on transactions to ensure compliance and business growth.
