What are your contributions to the team? - Supporting a Senior Agent for all Procurement activities. - Assisting in the preparation of governance material for executive level viewing - Preparing and driving the progress of initiatives - Creating project plans - Working with legal documentation - Participate in negotiation strategies and contractual terms - Assist in preparation of business cases How to thrive in this role? - You are enrolled in a business administration, or in a supply chain management program; with experience in change management. - You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly of PowerPoint and Excel. - You have strong analytical and problem–solving skills, good communication and planning skills. - The capacity to summarize data analysis and communicate the outcome clearly. - You have strong customer orientation, demonstrate flexibility and autonomy and can manage multiple priorities. - You have good contractual knowledge. - You are resourceful and have a drive for results. - You have excellent written and oral proficiency in English and in French. - You have knowledge of Sharepoint and SAP (an asset). - You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material. - You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements.
