About the Role We are looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Attic Insulation Sales Representatives. No prior sales experience is required—we provide full training. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, educate them on the benefits of proper attic insulation, and help them reduce energy costs while improving comfort in their homes. This is a great opportunity to break into sales and build a high-income career with unlimited growth potential. This is a full-time independent contractor position with a commission-only pay structure. You will be working face to face and door to door speaking to residential home owners. Sales Representatives will be offering home owners a free attic assessment to determine if their home is in need of additional insulation Attic insulation is a material barrier added to the top of a home—usually on the floor of the attic—to resist heat flow. It keeps warm air inside during winter and blocks heat from entering in summer, significantly improving energy efficiency, lowering energy bills by an estimated 10-50%.
