General Labor-Rubber Installer (Pointe-Claire)

Job description Coordinates with teammates and assists the team leads/managers to carry out activities as per the production processes of Diebec. Understands the importance of the activity/task undertaken in the manufacturing processes and supports the team leads/managers to ensure that set standards (quality) are achieved within the work area. Rubber Installer ● Read and interpret technical parameters/ documentation, plan and organize work processes, identify necessary materials and tools. ● Perform tasks with due consideration to safety rules, accident prevention regulations and environmental protection stipulations. ● Apply professional knowledge & employability skills while performing the job and modification & maintenance work. ● Document the technical parameter related to the task undertaken. ● Able to work in a standing position and carry dies on the assigned table. ● Able to work in a fast paced environment, under stress and meet tight deadlines. ● Keep the workspace clean at all times. ● Supply the floor and arrange the materials in order. ● Process with programming files and rubbing the dies ● Able to operate and maintain the machine (the daily maintenance - ex: (changing blade)) ● Empty the garbage. ● All other duties and tasks assigned.
