Summary As an Organizational Development and Training Intern, you will actively support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee capabilities and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Participate in training needs analysis

Assist in the design and update of training materials (presentations, guides, tools)

Support coordination and logistics of training activities

Contribute to organizational development projects

Assist in data collection and analysis (training evaluations, surveys, etc.)

Support continuous improvement of training programs

Requirements

Background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or similar

Strong interest in learning and people development

Positive communication skills (French and English required)

Analytical mindset and attention to detail

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
