Ensure technical compliance by validating that engineering solutions meet customer expectations and certification requirements. Drive quality and schedule adherence for all engineering deliverables produced by the team. Support engineering change processes including PCR, RFC, and NOC activities. Manage team priorities and alignment across Operations, Detailed Design, Projects, Programs, and Technical functions. Set annual objectives and lead continuous improvement initiatives for the team. Conduct employee performance evaluations including PMP/PDP reviews, salary assessments, and career progression discussions. Maintain workload forecasting and resource planning to support program needs. Coach and support employees to foster technical growth, engagement, and team cohesion. Qualifications Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline with a minimum of ten years of aerospace experience. Bring experience in interior completions, systems installation, and/or manufacturing operations. Be knowledgeable in interior completion design and engineering change management processes. Demonstrate solid leadership behaviors, prioritizing teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Be a proactive team player with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset. Excel in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and enjoy tackling complex challenges. Possess strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, focusing on results and operational efficiency. Have excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling influence and consensus across functions without formal authority. Be fluent in English and French.
