Perform work under the direction of warehouse supervisor or manager. **Specifically, you will:** - Perform duties using equipment such as forklift and pallet jacks. - Ensure accuracy of orders received and examine any discrepancies. - Use hand-held scanners to enter product information while ensuring accuracy. - Contribute to the efficient operation of warehouse activities through teamwork with co-workers in warehouse, drivers and purchasing personnel. - Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties. **Some of what you will get:** - Employee discount in store and online - Health and Dental benefits - Learning & Development programs - RRSP Matching, Paid Vacation - And more... **Qualifications:** **Some of what you need:** - Minimum of three (3) months' related experience in a warehouse environment. - Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, cherry picker and pallet jack preferred. - Ability and interest to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment will be considered. **Additional Requirements Information:** Work requires moderate physical effort and the use of motor skills requiring manual dexterity to perform the essential duties of this job: - The employee will regularly sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee may lift, lower, or carry products up to a maximum of 50 pounds by hand. - The employee will operate warehouse equipment.
