Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and safety compliance. Responsibilities - Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed (Weights varies From 10lbs - 140lbs) - Support the setup and breakdown of work sites or production areas - Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure safety and cleanliness - Move supplies, tools, and materials around the worksite efficiently - Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns immediately - Support team members with various tasks to meet project deadlines - Operate basic hand tools under supervision when required Skills - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks throughout the shift - Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team - Good communication skills for effective coordination with team members - Basic understanding of safety procedures in a industrial or construction environment - Prior experience in general labour or construction is a plus but not required - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking an entry-level position with opportunities for development within a supportive work environment.
