Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator (Port Coquitlam)

Overview We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting the storage, handling, and distribution of HVAC equipment and parts, ensuring smooth operations within our warehouses. Duties - Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies within the warehouse - Assist in loading and unloading HVAC units and related materials - Arranging pickup for shipments with courier and freight companies - Support field service technicians with parts retrieval and logistical coordination - Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper handling procedures. - Support service team by preparing materials and assisting technicians with technical tasks such as HVAC/R systems - Putting away stock - Moving products with a forklift, pallet jack, or dolly - Cleaning/organizing the warehouses and yard consistently - Weekly inventory counting - Record keeping of incoming /outgoing inventory, and work in progress units. Experience - 3 years or more experience and certification in Forklift (warehouse racking up to 21 ft high) - Proficient in English - Excellent communication skills - Positive attitude and desire to learn - Basic computer skills - Valid driver’s license - Experience and certification in Forklift - Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in order of importance - Friendly and enjoys being a part of a team - A self-starter will take the initiative on what needs to be done without being told - Able to lift 50lbs - Knowledge of industry (Plumbing and or HVAC) products is an asset - Safety conscious If you are looking for a welcoming team and culture where you can build a lifelong career - Apply Now!
