The opportunity is for Fridays and Saturdays. Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide an excellent first impression to all visitors. - Answering and re-directing incoming phone calls quickly and accurately. - Administrative data entry centering on time sensitive invoices. Job Requirements: - Friendly and approachable. - Able to work alone or collaboratively. - Capacity to multi-task and prioritize. - Completes tasks thoroughly, accurately and efficiently. - Excellent communication and organization skills.
