What you’ll do - Provides excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assists customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise, making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate. - Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard‑free work workplace through adherence to company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure. - Processes and stocks all fashion merchandise. - Keeps the sales floor area clean and tidy for the customer. - Merchandises non‑modular fashion items. - Ensures proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary. - Uses proper signage as the modular dictates. - Replenishes and merchandises seasonal merchandise in a timely manner.
