Description
Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Technician to repair and maintain mobility equipment. This role requires troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs, and maintaining service documentation. Repairs may be conducted on-site or through phone or email consultations with customers. During off-peak times, the technician will also be responsible for creating and updating service guides to improve team efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Create/update service guides during off-peak times. Diagnose and repair mobility equipment. Perform routine maintenance, including parts replacement and adjustments. Communicate with customers to assess needs and explain repairs. Maintain accurate service records Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Familiar and comfortable with using software to create and maintain service documents. Experience in bicycle, wheelchair or mobility equipment repair. Robust mechanical troubleshooting skills. Comfortable diagnosing and assisting with repairs over the phone. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Why Join Us?
