This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through diverse strategies. As a valued Recruiter, you'll report to the HR Director and take charge of developing strategic recruitment plans. Your expertise in conducting interviews and managing candidate relationships will be essential. By leveraging networking and traditional methods, you will enhance our recruitment process and build a robust talent pipeline in advance of needs.
