Role Description This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Business Development Officer, based in Port Coquitlam, BC, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and crafting effective business strategies. The Business Development Officer will build and maintain strong customer relationships, manage client accounts, and represent the company at networking events. Collaboration with internal teams to align financial objectives and customer service standards is an essential part of this position.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in New Business Development and strategies to expand market presence.
Strong Analytical Skills and experience with market research and strategic planning.
Knowledge of Finance to analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial metrics.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and manage tasks both remotely and in‑office.
Proficiency in CRM software and other business development tools is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
