Long&McQuade is hiring for its Lesson Centres, looking for skilled musicians to provide lessons in various instruments, including brass, strings, and woodwinds. Successful candidates will possess teaching experience and the ability to engage with students on their musical journeys.

Key Responsibilities:• Teach a variety of musical instruments to students • Design lesson plans that meet student needs • Implement standard teaching methods consistently • Evaluate outcomes and give constructive feedback • Create an encouraging and motivating environment

Requirements:• Music degree/diploma or equivalent from a recognized institution • Grade 8 RCM standing and Grade 2 Rudiments • Experience teaching students of all ages • Knowledge of diverse lesson curriculums • Strong interpersonal communication skills
