This casual clinician role focuses on children and youth aged 6-18 experiencing acute crises. It offers the chance to perform comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and liaise with community resources. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery while engaging in education and program development activities.
Key Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients and families • Provide short-term individual and family therapy • Develop treatment plans and act as a case manager • Coordinate psychiatric evaluations with community psychiatrists • Assist in delivering educational training and sessions
Requirements:• Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology or related field • 2 years experience in adolescent crisis intervention • Eligible for registration with relevant professional association • Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a vehicle • Strong communication and organizational skills
