Join Port Coquitlam Senior Citizens’ Housing Society as a volunteer Board member. Looking for experts in financial stewardship, clinical quality, or capital projects to guide our mission.
As PCSCHS expands its services and governance framework, we invite passionate leaders to strengthen our Board of Directors. Candidates with backgrounds in finance, clinical care, or capital development will be instrumental. Your experience will help foster governance that supports risk management and sustainable practices in seniors' housing and care.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead oversight for clinical, financial, or development projects • Attend monthly Board meetings for strategic discussions • Participate in a designated committee focused on governance • Review materials and contribute to decision-making processes • Support a culture of transparency and collaboration
Requirements:• Experience in finance, clinical care, or capital development • Strong commitment to ethical and inclusive governance • Experience on a board is preferred but not necessary • Desire to improve seniors' housing and care services • Willingness to engage with community perspectives
