Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences by providing attentive and friendly service to our guests. Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth start to their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Squirrel and communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards, including fine dining etiquette when applicable.Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Manage guest inquiries, dietary restrictions, and special requests with professionalism and care. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, process payments, and provide receipts while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Requirements

Must be 19 and have your serving it right certificate. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Squirrel. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Ability to perform basic math for billing, tipping, and cash handling accurately.
