Full Cycle Bookkeeper in Port Coquitlam

This part-time position offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. You will oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. Ideal candidates have a passion for detail and hands-on experience with bookkeeping and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping tasks and month-end procedures • Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions • Manage all aspects of Accounts Receivable and Payable • Prepare and file GST/PST returns and compliance reports • Maintain payroll records and assistwith payroll processing

Requirements:• 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience • Proficient in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel skills • Experience with tax compliance and reporting • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
