Full Cycle Bookkeeper (Port Coquitlam)

Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger and month-end procedures Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany transactions Manage Accounts Receivable (invoicing, payments, collections) Manage Accounts Payable (bill entry, payments, vendor reconciliation) Prepare and file GST/PST returns and other compliance reportsAssist with inventory tracking, job costing, and expense allocations Maintain and update pricing sheets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Support year-end processes and liaise with external accountants Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll processingKeep financial documentation accurate, organized, and audit-ready What You Bring

3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel– REQUIRED Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (including managing and maintaining pricing sheets) Experience with GST/PST filings and tax complianceHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Experience with inventory or job costing Payroll processing experience Post-secondary education in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance Due to the nature of our business, candidates must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or legally authorized to work in Canada, and be fluent in English.Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week Ability to commute/relocate
