This interactive role involves documenting workflows, analyzing operational data, and enhancing production processes. Collaborating with Operational and Warehouse teams, you'll utilize Lean practices to identify and implement efficiencies in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:• Observe and document existing workflows and operational procedures • Create and update process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs • Analyze workflow data for bottlenecks and inefficiencies • Collect and maintain operational data across departments • Support Lean manufacturing initiatives andcoordinate with teams

Requirements:• Currently enrolled in related Engineering or Engineering Technology program • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are mandatory • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Hands-on mindset for production floor engagement • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
