We are looking for a Contract Merchandising Trainer with at least 5 years in the retail merchandising sphere, particularly in Garden Centre settings. This role focuses on the execution of training that aligns with both company standards and best practices in merchandising. You'll be in the field 3-4 days per week, traveling throughout the Lower Mainland.

Key Responsibilities:• Execute customized training sessions for Garden Centre staff • Guide effective merchandising techniques to enhance sales • Provide comprehensive product knowledge training • Maintain organizational standards in displays and inventory • Teach customer engagement techniques for improved service

Requirements:• 5+ years of merchandising training experience • Strong grasp of merchandising and presentation principles • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Eager to share gardening expertise with teams • Capable of traveling between multiple Garden Centre locations
