Provide exceptional banking services as a Customer Service Representative at BMO. Engage with customers to meet their needs while delivering guided financial solutions in a part-time role.
In this part-time position, you will work flexible hours, Monday to Saturday, with a minimum requirement of 18.75 hours per week. Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying customer needs, supporting banking transactions, and offering advice on digital banking solutions. You will collaborate with team members and support branch operations to enhance overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:• Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate staff • Support transaction requests and customer inquiries • Welcome customers warmly and assist with banking needs • Advise on digital banking and self-serve options • Escalate complex customer issues to management
Requirements:• No prior experience necessary; related degree preferred • Knowledge of personal and commercial banking products • Confident in using digital tools and social media • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong problem-solving aptitude and adaptability
