Receptionist / Sales Administration Support Summary of Essential Job Functions

Welcome and assist walk‑in customers in the showroom. Answer incoming telephone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate sales representatives. Provide basic product information, lead times, and showroom assistance to customers. Maintain a professional and friendly front desk environment.Act as a liaison between customers and the sales team for general follow‑up communication. Assist the Sales Administrator and sales representatives with daily administrative tasks. Make outgoing calls and send follow‑up emails to customers as directed by the sales team. Support the Sales Administrator with reviewing purchase orders and entering information into company databases.Assist with preparing invoices, shipping documents, and payment follow‑ups. Help coordinate customer pickup and delivery information when required. Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading). Working Hours

8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Benefits

Benefits provided after 4 months of employment. Salary and Employment Type

Salary negotiable and subject to periodic review. Permanent, Pay: From $20.00 per hour Perks
