Project Manager– Port Coquitlam at Brymark Installations Group Inc. is a British Columbia-based industrial contracting company specializing in the installation of piping, structural, and mechanical systems for various industries. Brymark provides maintenance, demolition, and project management services.Responsibilities

Lead daily construction operations and manage project execution from planning through completion. Develop construction schedules, monitor progress, and use earned value techniques. Prepare and negotiate contractual revisions, changes, and additions. Manage subcontractor scope, contract changes, and project documentation.Track job costs, profit, and forecast; work with project administrators on billing and receivables. Build and maintain effective client relationships and internal team collaboration. Allocate workforce and equipment to support project execution. Champion Health, Safety&Environment (HSE) and Quality Assurance standards across all project activities. Qualifications&Requirements

P.Eng, Applied Technologist designation, or equivalent trade experience. 7–10 years of applied project management experience. Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and construction schedules. Heavy industrial experience including process piping (Oil&Gas). Familiarity with equipment used in general contracting, multi‑discipline trades, ports, terminals, and bulk material handling (e.g., conveyors). Strong background in contract documentation, contract review, and financial oversight. Ability to prepare construction schedules, purchase orders, and technical documentation.Excellent understanding of heavy industrial structural/mechanical systems. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. PMP designation considered an asset. Skills, Abilities,&Attributes
