What's in it for you? - $23+/hr depending on site contract - We will invest in you, covering the costs of continuing education through GardaWorld Academy - 7 On and 7 Off schedules: Morning shifts ( 7 Am to 7 Pm ), Night shifts ( 7 pm to 7 Am ) - Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld, with pathways toward permanent full-time and part-time positions. - Accomodation and travel will be covered for guards going from Winnipeg - Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities For Hotel Security Guard - Monitor the premises to ensure security - Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity - Address incidents or potential threats quickly - Write detailed reports on events and incidents - Control access points and check identification - Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security - Partner with authorities during serious situations Qualifications For Hotel Security Guard - Be authorized to work in Canada - Hold a Manioba valid security license - First aid certification is an asset - Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations - Robust problem-solving skills - Adaptable to work at different site locations This could be more than a job!
